is there a picture of the painted house if so would you please email thanks Deb!
Re: The Painted House
Grisham writes from his own experiences as a young Arkansas boy who loves baseball.
I’m wondering, then, if he deliberately named the family in his book “Chandler,” allowing him, on page 339, to have the boy refer to himself as the only “happy Chandler.”
If so, it’s a hit of a pun, since Happy Chandler was baseball’s commissioner when this boy in the book was a youngster.
Would Grisham respond to this?
The majority highly, be firm that you’re doing company with a fine recognized hard you can depend on. http://www.perthelectriciancontractors.com.au/
I just read John Grisham’s book, the partner. Is there a sequel for this book? I did not like the way it ended.
In the book “A Painted House” Cowboy killed Hank.
What was the motive for Cowboy to kill Hank?
I enjoyed the book very much. Although it is fiction I wonder what may have prompted Cowboy to kill Hank. Cowboy later took off with Tally (Hanks sister). Anybody have the answer?
John – want to comment?
Thanks,
