Hello,
A law graduate friend of mine told me that judgments are tax-deductible. I love your books, read them as they come out and haven’t seen any references to that. He and I were talking as the tobacco companies lost in that huge Florida case and had to pay $450 million, thereabouts. He passed away awhile ago so I can’t ask him to clarify.
