OverDrive, the leading global distributor of audiobooks, eBooks, and more to libraries, announced the ‘Most Downloaded Books from the Library’ for May 2009.
The latest releases from David Baldacci and Nora Roberts made the Most Downloaded list for a second time, hitting No. 6 and No. 10 respectively. James Patterson and Maxine Paetro’s “The 8th Confession” became the most downloaded fiction audiobook, while John Grisham’s “The Associate” remained close to the top in the No. 2 spot.
The ‘Most Downloaded Books from the Library’ lists are organized by subject and format, and compiled based on activity at more than 8,500 libraries in the OverDrive global network.
